This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. We keep it short on purpose, and we only collect what we need to answer your enquiry.

1. What we collect

Information you type into a form: your name or company name, email address, vehicle model and year, country or city, estimated quantity, and any notes you add.
Technical information: our server records the IP address and time of each form submission so that we can prevent spam and abuse.
Language preference: the Thai or English choice you make is stored in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

2. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and confirm fitment for your vehicle.
To prepare a quotation and, if you order, to arrange production, shipping and installation.
To keep a record of business conversations with workshops, dealers and distributors.
To protect the website from spam and automated abuse.

3. Who sees it

Enquiries are stored on our own server and are reviewed by our sales and engineering staff. We share data with third parties only when it is necessary to fulfil your request — for example a shipping forwarder, a customs broker, or an installation partner in your city. We do not sell personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Business enquiries are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the contact address below and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Thailand (PDPA) and other regions

Where our processing of your data is subject to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or to similar laws, we rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not transfer personal data internationally except as needed to fulfil your request.
